Are there any streaming or download limits?

There is no streaming or download limit.

My account is active but I cannot login.

There are a number of reasons your membership account might not work. You may be entering the security word incorrectly, or if multiple users have tried to login to your account, it may be temporarily locked. Please click here to fill in the form above and recover your password by email.

I lost my username and/or password.

Yes, LadyboyGold is viewable and optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.

What do I need to view LadyboyGold.com on the web?

For this site, you can see everything regardless of whether you are on a slower dial up connection or an ultra-fast Cable or DSL connection. The difference will be the time it takes to load and download photos and videos. We provide videos in multiple sizes, and you can choose what size is best for you.

What formats are videos in?

Videos are available in two main formats, Windows Media (Version 7 or higher), and MP4. These formats are fairly universal and will play with most media players. All videos are available to stream online or download to your computer.

If you have problems viewing the videos, make sure you have the latest update of your media player.

How big are the videos?

Most newly updated videos are available in 4K (3840x2160) - Almost all of the videos are available in HD (1920x1080) and Mobile (960x540). A small percentage of the older content is only available in either 720p or 480p.

4K Videos won't play on my PC.

Our 4K videos are encoded in H.265 HEVC. They should play natively using Quicktime on a Mac. On a PC running Windows 10, you may need to download a free Microsoft extension to play HEVC videos using Windows Media Player. You can also download the free, open source VLC player on any system.

How big are the photos?

When downloaded, photos are up to 2000 pixels wide on the long side. Depending on your screen resolution, monitor size, and browser, web display sizes may vary. Pictures are optimized to show at the highest quality and with the fasting viewing time for you!

What web browser should I use to view the site?

Make sure you have the current versions of your preferred web browser. Chances are it will make your viewing experience faster and will cut down on the possibility of any problems.

Models

I sent one of the models an email and haven't heard back.

Ladyboys are mysterious creatures and their wild nature makes them unpredictable. We do our best to make sure we have current contact information for the models who have email accounts, but we have no idea how and when they check them. If you are having trouble getting in touch with a model, you can send us an email and we will try to help.

I am planning a visit to Thailand and would like to meet one of the models. Can you help me?

Unfortunately no. We are not able to provide this service. If you want to meet a particular model, try getting in touch with her long before your trip. If you cannot reach them by their email, then we suggest checking out our Hot Spot Guide and just showing up. For every hot model we have, there 20 more we haven't photographed. Trust us, there will be no shortage of AMAZING ladyboys for you to meet.

Are your models tested for STD?

Yes. We test each of our models for HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases within 24 hours of work. Our male models are also tested for HIV every week. However, we at LadyboyGold support the use of condoms and always encourage our members, fans, and everyone to practice safe, protected sex with each partner and get personally tested for HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases regularly as part of a healthy and active sex life.

How do I cancel my membership?

Even though we never want to see you go, we understand that sometimes you might have to cancel your membership. We want you to come back and see us again, so here is where you need to go to cancel your membership. You can find your biller on the confirmation email you received when you joined. You will need to provide two of the following pieces of information to the biller: email address, username, order ID number, or credit card number. If you are unsure what you need, send us an email.

NOTE: We cannot cancel your membership for you. You must contact the biller directly to cancel your membership.
